The roof maintenance included clearing gutters of vegetation and dirt, fixing displaced tiles, and high-pressure washing lichen off tiles. Broken tiles were discovered and repaired, and rusty valley gutters were treated with zinc primer. A restoration report followed after cleaning up debris from the cleaning process.
